The Township Animal Control Officer for 2022 is Shore Animal Control. Should you need to reach Shore Animal Control you should call 800-351-1822. Shore Animal Control maintains “normal’ business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Should you receive Shore Animal Control’s voice messaging system you should leave a detailed message of what your call is about.

The ‘detailed’ information should include:

• your name

• a contact phone number

• the address or location of where the animal concern is located

• a description of the problem.

Shore Animal Control receives notice that a voice message is pending and they will reply to you within 5-10 minutes.

After ‘normal’ business hours are for ‘emergencies’ only. Emergencies” are described as injured or aggressive animals or found pets. After hour response time for emergencies is approximately 30-60 minutes.
