1. When are municipal budgets introduced?

Municipal budgets must be introduced based on the data available no later than February 10th of each calendar year, unless extensions are granted by the State. Budget amendments may be made prior to final adoption of the annual budget based on changes in revenue and appropriations in the appropriate categories.
